About the Cause

The Community School of Music and Arts (CSMA) is Ithaca’s downtown multi-arts center. For over fifty years, we have supported the arts and hosted innumerable events, classes and arts programs in our historic 23,000 square foot facility.

Our mission is: "to provide quality instruction to any community member who desires to learn music and arts, to develop and offer cultural and artistic programs and events, and to serve as a resource for community artists and musicians."
